The remaining members of Soisong, in collaboration with Bar Bonobo, are proud to present FINAL RUN 2012.

With the original intention for SOI2ONG to discontinue all activities by the end of year 2012, the number encoded in the collective's name, the event will conclude the official history of the group. Selected location and the contributors reflect upon the origins of Soisong, which made its very first public appearance at Bar Bonobo on March 9th, 2008, in a performance entitled SOISONG TEST RUN #7.

On 20.12.2012, in a black octagonal exhibition space at Bonobo, the event will open a sonic installation AEIVAA II - 12 SONNETS FOR THE HUMANKIND, an artificial choral designed to celebrate the utopian retro-futuristic spirit of the collective. In the bar area the DJs will play music created by or related to Soisong, accompanied by images and videos from personal collections of its members. A selection of traditional Japanese hand-made sweets will be presented to the guests, to re-create the atmosphere of the first event in 2008. Specially for the event, Bar Bonobo will release an artistic edition of the live recording from TEST RUN #7, limited to 33 sealed CD copies and available only to attending guests.
